Arizona's statutes are public, but they are written for lawyers. ClearStatute exists so that anyone can read what a section actually says, next to a short explanation in ordinary words, and can see where the explanation came from.

The statute text is the text of the Arizona Revised Statutes. Before a page is published, its text is compared with the current text on the Arizona Legislature's website, azleg.gov, which is the authoritative source. The summaries are drafted with AI from the section's own text and then checked by code before publishing.
